As most people will know, seeing results when it comes to your health takes time. When you begin on a weight loss journey, you often don’t see results for several weeks. Or, if you’re adjusting your diet, it may take an equal amount of time to feel better as well.

Step 1

Step 4

After a few weeks, many people feel confident enough to wear their waist trainer for up to eight hours per day. By now, you should notice that you have cut down on how big your meals are, and you may notice weight loss as well. You may even see that your stomach appears flatter too.

Step 5

Try to exercise while wearing your waist trainer for up to 20 minutes. Improve your diet at the same time, and you may even wish to wear your waist trainer for even longer than eight hours.

Step 6

You will have noticed that your waist trainer is feeling slightly looser, so you are now ready to adjust it to the next set of clasps. Wearing your waist trainer combined with exercise and a more nutritious diet can result in a slimmer waist and flatter stomach. Some people even wear their waist trainer for up to 10 hours by this point.

Step 7

In around eight weeks, you may have noticed significant changes in your body. You may have seen you are eating smaller portion sizes, you can exercise with more effectiveness, and your waist trainer is more comfortable and easier to wear. Aside from these benefits, your stomach may be flatter and your waist more refined.
